OTIS AC Wanted $6,000 CI for a New Unit After 3 Years of Loyalty!

Been a loyal customer for 3 years. Paid them to come into my home 4 TIMES PER YEAR to service our AC units. Then the unit breaks and guess what? The Lennox unit they installed - no replacement available. None. Not even a comparable swap. So what does OTIS offer after 3 years of faithfully paying for service? NOTHING. Zero credit. Zero loyalty discount. Zero effort to make it right. Their solution? Pay $6,000 CI for a brand new unit. Full price. Like I just walked in off the street. 3 years of service contracts, 12+ visits to my home, and they could not care less. Complete trash of a company. If you are thinking about using OTIS AC - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Loyalty means absolutely nothing to them.
