ListCayman is a simple advertising platform for Cayman Islands property listings. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lawyer, or financial advisor. 2. User-submitted listings & accuracy

Property details, photos, prices, availability, and descriptions are provided by the person or company submitting the listing (for example, an owner, landlord, or agent). While we aim to keep the site clean and reasonable, we do not independently verify each detail.

We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, complete, or free from errors or omissions. Buyers and renters must perform their own checks and due diligence, including but not limited to: title searches, valuations, inspections, strata information, rental rules, and legal review.

3. Our role in transactions

ListCayman does not handle deposits, payments, escrow, contracts, or keys. Any communication, negotiation, agreement, or dispute happens directly between you and the other party (for example, a seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, or agent).

By using this site, you agree that ListCayman is not responsible for the outcome of any transaction or arrangement that begins from a listing here.

4. Use at your own risk & limitation of liability

You use this website entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ListCayman and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ListCayman and its operators will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or reliance on any listing. This includes, without limitation, loss of money, opportunities, contracts, or data.

5. Content ownership & permission

When you submit a listing, you confirm that:

• You have the right to use the text, photos, and other material you upload; and
• Your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights (for example, copyright or trademarks).

You grant ListCayman a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, copy, and resize your listing content and photos for the purpose of operating and promoting the website. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time, but we may retain backup copies or logs for a reasonable period.

6. Prohibited content & removals

You must not use ListCayman to post:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings;
• Illegal content or content that encourages illegal activity;
• Harassing, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory material; or
• Content that belongs to someone else without their permission.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, hide, or remove any listing or content, and to refuse future submissions from a user if we believe it is necessary to protect users, the site, or our reputation.

7. Privacy & contact details

Contact details you submit (such as name, email, phone) are used to publish your listing and to allow interested parties to reach you. We may also use your contact details to follow up about your listing or to send important notices about the site.
